A federal judge orders Monica Lewinsky to cooperate with the House managers seeking to remove President Clinton from office.

Independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr says the White House and defense lawyers – not the prosecutor’s office – were the prime suspects in a flood of leaks to the news media.

The White House doesn’t like a report that Kenneth W. Starr is considering whether to indict president Clinton before the president leaves office. They charge that Starr in disclosing his plans, is interfering with the ongoing senate impeachment trial. 

At least 200 are dead after an earthquake jolts Columbia.

San Francisco - Laser pointers – originally developed for boardroom presentations, have become popular with teens who point them at friends – are now illegal to do – if you point them at a passing car.

Good Morning America’s ratings are up 25% after the first week of Charles Gibson and Diane Sawyer. Looks like a winner.

Two Los Angeles radio personalities- Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Corolla will co-host “The Man Show” on Comedy Central. Both have shows on KROQ-FM.

MTV will present Celebrity Deathmatch deathblow ’99 during the Super Bowl halftime. Look for clay versions of Dolly Parton and Jennifer Lopez and Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield.

On MTV – “The Sifl & Olly Show.” It’s two hip sock puppets who conduct a show in their basement
